Missing man, Parliament Street and Winchester Street area, Andrew Kinsman, 49 Update, Disappearance being treated as suspicious

The Toronto Police Service requests assistance locating a missing man.

Andrew Kinsman, 49, was last seen on Monday, June 26, 2017, in the Parliament Street and Winchester Street area.

He is described as approximately 6’2”, medium-to-stocky build, buzz-cut brown hair, beard, glasses. He has a vertical scar on each of his knees from past surgeries. He is also described as having two tattoos: an armband-type tattoo with wording on his right bicep and an armband with an expletive word tattooed on the left side of his chest. 

There are no specific clothing descriptions available. He often wears cargo shorts and brown leather Birkenstock sandals.

People who know him describe his disappearance as completely out of character. As a result, it is now being treated as suspicious.

Police are concerned for his safety.
