The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public's assistance with the increase in Break-and-Enters during the warm summer months.

On Monday, July 21, 2014, at approximately 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. Toronto Police responded to radio calls regarding two separate break-and-enters in progress.

The residential break-ins occurred in the area of Dawes Road and Rosevear Avenue, and Bryant Avenue and Dentonia Park Avenue. The point of entry to both these locations was through open windows.

The home owners were both home at the time of the break-and-enters. The suspects exited immediately upon realizing the residence was occupied.

No one was injured.

At this time, the Toronto Police Service is investigating and would like to speak with anyone who was in these areas at the time and may have witnessed any suspicious activity.

Investigators would also like to remind the public to keep their doors and windows secured before heading to bed for the night.
