Two men arrested in Child Pornography investigation

Two men arrested in Child Pornography investigation, Maxime Mallet, 30, Richard Molinari, 42

On Thursday, April 10, 2014, members of the TPS Sex Crimes Child Exploitation Section, with assistance from TPS Intelligence Services - Technological Crime, executed a search warrant in the Parliament Street and Queen Street East area.

It is alleged that:

- the two men would chat online about sexually assaulting young children

- they shared child pornography with others, online

They have both been charged with:

1) Possession of Child Pornography (two counts)
2) Make Available Child Pornography
3) Make Child Pornography
4) Accessing Child Pornography
5) Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance

They were scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Friday, April 11, 2014, 10 a.m., room 101.

Police believe there may be other victims.
